Social Security Case Manager
Must be able to work in a team environment. Responsible for managing the day-to-day legal casework for the firm in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Organizes priorities and structures work flow to maintain minimum level of cases and client contact without missing important timelines of case actions.
Duties: Excellent written & oral communications, customer service, organizational & computer skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.
Must be able to multi task to handle tasks quickly and tactfully with all staff levels and the public;
Maintain client confidentiality
Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and preferred 1 to 3 years social security experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. Needles software experience a plus.
